Moving In
To help you get set up in your new apartment, here are some helpful numbers for setting up utilities, etc.
For Electric and Gas Service Contact:

NO SATELLITE DISHES ARE ALLOWED

For some properties the parking is assigned. If so, please make sure you follow the map of designated parking spaces for your building.

When moving in or out, please do not overload the dumpsters and remember to break down any boxes.

Rental Referral Program  

Earn a bonus by referring your co-workers, friends, or family to rent at one of our properties.  After they have moved in, you will receive $200 in free rent!  For more information, please contact the office.                                                                                                                                                                                 

 

When You are Leaving

Moving Out
Prior to vacating one of our units it is important that you read and comply with our Procedures for Moving Out.
Security Deposit
Please be prepared to give us your forwarding address where we may mail your security deposit. It’s our policy to return all deposits within twenty days after you have moved out, returned the keys, and provided us with a forwarding address.
Lease Break
J&W Property Management LLC does not encourage its residents to break their lease; however, we understand that there are situations such as relocating for a new job that create the need for a resident to move. If you need to break your lease, please  send us a letter informing us of your intention and we will review your options with you.
