How To Apply

Thank you for your interest in one of our rental units.
Here’s What You Need to Apply

Students:

• Completed Rental Application from each occupant
• Completed Guarantor Application from each occupant

Professionals:

• Completed Housing Application from each occupant over age 18
• Paid Application Fee per Application

Once we receive your completed application, you will receive an email from Rental History Reports to complete a background and credit check. Decisions on rental applications are generally made within three business days.  For additional questions, please call our office at (401) 421-1151.
