How To Apply

Thank you for your interest in one of our rental units.
Here’s What You Need to Apply

Students:

• Completed Rental Application from each occupant
• Completed Guarantor Application from each occupant
• Deposit equal to one month’s rent

Professionals:

• Completed Housing Application from each occupant over age 18
• Deposit equal to one month’s rent
• Paid Application Fee per Application

Once we receive your completed application, J&W Property Management LLC will check your references and run a credit report. Decisions on rental applications are generally made within one business day.  For additional questions, please call our office at (401) 421-1151.
