“I’m in my fourth year in my one-bedroom J & W apartment just off Wayland Square.  I didn’t expect to stay so long, but the apartment is very conveniently located and the staff have just been great!  Lisa, who “womans” the telephone is very helpful, passes on messages to the maintenance crew right away, and keeps an amazing bowl of chocolates at hand for the weary who happen to pop in and need a “chocolate lift.”  Brooks is amazingly quick in getting to you if you have any immediate issues, morning, noon, and night.  Miguel and Nick have been my friendly go-to’s for touch ups and repairs–they are both funny, friendly, and do a superb job.  All-in-all, renting a J & W apartment is a great experience!”        Susanne T.
